This project involved the complete transformation of two outdated frontline apartments in Puerto Banús into one exceptional luxury residence. Acting as the client's project managers, Helios Homes coordinated every stage of the renovation, from the initial concept and planning through to construction, finishes, and final handover.
The redesign focused on creating a spacious open-plan living environment with uninterrupted views over the marina, while introducing three generous bedrooms, premium materials, bespoke joinery, modern lighting, and high-end finishes throughout. By combining the two apartments into a single seamless home, we maximised both the living space and the property's long-term value, delivering a contemporary residence in one of Marbella's most sought-after waterfront locations.
